Returns

  • Reasons for Return: Returns are accepted for the following reasons:
    + Defective or unsatisfactory cleaning or alteration services.
    + Incorrect or incomplete services.
    + Damage to the garment during the cleaning or alteration process.

    2. Provide a detailed description of the reason for return and any supporting documentation or images.
    3. We will review the return request and respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if the return is approved.
    4. Return the garment to us at the address provided, with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  • Refund: A full or partial refund will be issued, depending on the reason for return and the condition of the garment.

Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the garment.
  • Reasons for Exchange: Exchanges are accepted for the following reasons:
    + Incorrect size or fit.
    + Incorrect color or fabric.
    + Style or design issues.
  • Exchange Procedure:

    5. We will process the exchange and provide a new garment or service, as agreed upon.

Exceptions

  • Altered Garments: Returns and exchanges are not accepted for garments that have been altered or modified in any way.
