  • “Order” means the request for Services made by the Customer.
  1. Ordering and Payment
  • Ordering: To place an Order, the Customer must provide accurate and complete information about the Garment and the Services required.
  • Payment: Payment for the Services must be made at the time of Order or upon collection of the Garment. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and cash.
  • Prices: Prices for the Services are as quoted on our website or in-store. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

  • Dry Cleaning: We will use reasonable care to clean the Garment using our standard dry cleaning process.
  • Wet Cleaning: We will use reasonable care to clean the Garment using our standard wet cleaning process.

  1. Garment Care
  • Inspection: We will inspect the Garment before cleaning or altering to identify any pre-existing damage or defects.
  • Care Labels: We will follow the care label instructions on the Garment, unless otherwise instructed by the Customer.
  • Damage or Loss: We are not responsible for damage or loss of the Garment caused by:
    + Pre-existing damage or defects;
    + Failure to follow care label instructions;
    + Acts of God or other unforeseen events.
  1. Pick-up and Delivery
  • Pick-up: The Customer must collect the Garment within 30 days of notification that the Services are complete. After 30 days, we may dispose of the Garment.
  • Delivery: We will deliver the Garment to the Customer’s address as specified in the Order. We are not responsible for loss or damage during delivery.
  1. Cancellations and Refunds
  • Cancellations: The Customer may cancel an Order at any time before the Services are commenced. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.
  • Refunds: We will provide a refund for defective or unsatisfactory Services. The Customer must notify us of any issues within 7 days of receiving the Garment.
  1. Warranties and Representations
  • Warranties: We warrant that the Services will be performed with reasonable care and skill.
  • Representations: We make no representations about the quality or suitability of the Services for a particular purpose.

  • Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from:
